General Private Events

These prices are for groups of up to 30 people as well as youth birthday parties of around 10 children with ~30 attendees (adults+children) max. We are happy to host groups larger than 30. Rental prices may increase depending on how many additional people are attending. For youth birthday parties with more than 10 children, the petting zoo and pony ride add-ons will increase accordingly to account for extra staff and ponies needed. If your party is larger, please reach out for an accurate quote.

Property Rental

$150/hr

We provide the space. You bring the party!

You can bring your tents, tables, chairs, decorations, etc., and set up how you'd like while enjoying the property. This includes access to the property with additional time before for set up and after for clean-up. You can set up anywhere on the property. Just let us know what your vision is!

If you want some animal time in addition to your party, you can add on pony rides/encounters and the petting zoo for some extra fun!

Petting Zoo

$100

Offered as an add-on to the property rental.

Everyone will have access to the petting zoo and be able to walk through at their leisure or in small groups depending on age.

Pony Ride/Horse Encounter

$100

Offered as an add-on to the property rental.

Pony rides are available for children's events. The number of ponies provided depends on the number of kids attending. There is a weight limit based on each pony that will affect which ponies we use and if we have anything available to ride for older ages.

Horse encounters are available for all ages and include special time with some of our horses as well as learning to groom.
